What does the service include?

This is a comprehensive interior design project delivered in two stages: the conceptual stage (Stage A) and the execution stage (Stage B). The scope of collaboration includes:

• Preparation of the inventory documentation based on technical drawings or on-site measurements (with photographic documentation).

• Analysis of the budget, client expectations, and inspiration gathering – based on a completed questionnaire and examples of preferred styles and colors.

• Development of at least two functional layout proposals for the designed space.

• Creation of an interior design vision in the form of visual mood boards showing the style, colors, and proposed solutions, along with a description of the main design assumptions.

• Presentation of finishing materials (e.g., fabric samples, tiles, colors) at our design studio.

• The possibility of submitting feedback on the conceptual stage – two rounds of revisions are included.

• Preparation of complete technical documentation – technical drawings covering, among others: the layout of walls, furniture, sanitary fittings, installations, lighting, flooring design, wall color schemes, as well as custom-made furniture (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes).

• Incorporation of any changes into the technical drawings (also in a maximum of two rounds).

• Preparation of a list of materials and finishes with calculated surface areas and required quantities.

• Development of an equipment cost estimate – furniture, lighting, fixtures, wall and floor coverings – including market prices and the option to purchase with discounts for our studio’s clients.

• Recommendations for trusted suppliers and contractors.

• Ongoing email and phone support during project implementation.

• The possibility of organizing a photo session of the finished interior after the completion of works.
